  • Please upload the number of photos included with your purchased package:

    • Set of 6 = Up to 6 photos

    • Set of 9 = Up to 9 photos

    • Set of 12 = Up to 12 photos

    If you would like additional magnets, please contact us for a custom quote.

  • No problem! You may repeat photos within your set or submit fewer photos and request duplicates.

  • After checkout, you'll receive a link to our secure photo upload form where you can submit your images and order details.

  • For the best results, please upload the highest-quality photos available. Original photos from your phone or camera work best.

    Screenshots, social media downloads, heavily compressed images, and blurry photos may result in lower print quality.

  • Yes. If we notice a significant quality issue that may affect the final product, we may contact you for replacement images when possible. However, Hollow Grove Studios cannot improve blurry, low-resolution, heavily cropped, or poor-quality images beyond the quality originally provided.

  • You're welcome to upload extras if you'd like us to help choose the best images, but only the number of magnets included in your purchased package will be produced unless additional magnets are purchased.

  • Absolutely! Your magnet set can include any combination of photos you'd like, including family photos, vacations, graduations, pets, sports, and special memories.

  • No worries! Simply visit our Upload Your Memories page and submit your photos along with your order number. If you need assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

  • Each magnet measures approximately 2" x 2" and is handcrafted using your submitted photos.

  • Each set includes custom photo magnets created from the images you upload after checkout.

  • Because each order is custom-made, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before shipment.

  • Processing begins after both payment and photo uploads have been received.

  • Once your order has shipped, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

  • Yes! Orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Most inquiries receive a response the same business day, though please allow up to 1-2 business days during busy periods.

  • Because each order is custom-made using your submitted photos, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

    However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

  • Contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we may be able to update your order.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a solution.
